We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with local and national employers to create customised, inclusive job opportunities.

- Key responsibilities will include advocating for inclusive employment practices and supporting employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
- Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realise the value in a diverse workforce.
- Drive business development and market growth for our services.
- Celebrate successes with employers and participants, showcasing the impact of inclusive employment.

- Experience in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement is essential.
- Strong employer networks and excellent relationship management skills are required.
- Knowledge of employment services, workplace rehabilitation, or disability/mental health support is an advantage.
