We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker. In this role, you'll play a vital part in empowering young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

Job Description:

You will be working with participants to assess their needs, identify barriers to employment, and provide solutions-focused approaches to support them in achieving their goals. This may involve working collaboratively with key stakeholders to maximise job opportunities for everyone.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
