Learning and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives across the organisation.

  1. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and creating impactful L&D programs.
  2. They will be passionate about learning and development, with excellent communication and facilitation skills to deliver compelling learning experiences.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, they will design and implement blended learning programs, including e-learning, videos, instructor-led training, and mentoring.
