Finance Operations Specialist

Foster a culture of financial inclusion and empowerment in our community-focused organisation. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations to maintain financial systems and data integrity.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, funders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within the not-for-profit space in a finance role.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
