About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to join our Physical Security Application Support team. As an Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting physical security projects across the organization.

This includes working on new site installations, technology upgrades, integrations and implementing new initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with developing standard device configurations, supporting project work by systems integrators, responding to technical issues and outages 24/7, maintaining good working relationships with manufacturers and vendors, and stakeholder communication and management of stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standard device configurations across the organization
  • Support project work by systems integrators, including new site installations and technology upgrades
  • Respond to technical issues and outages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain positive working relationships with manufacturers and vendors
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong awareness and understanding of information technologies, including networking, Windows servers, Linux, cloud hosting, SQL databases and security vulnerability scanning. A background in a similar field, such as incident management or change management, would be beneficial. Additionally, you should have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
