Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the production team in the manufacture of artificial lift products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and be able to contribute towards implementing efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and package artificial lift products according to specifications.
  • Identify and report issues arising with the design or components, following established procedures for reporting faults or non-conformities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures.
  • Support the leadership team in establishing and maintaining high staff morale and teamwork.
  • Contribute to other duties as required.
