A captivating leader is sought to join our organisation, empowering team members and driving commercial success.
Role OverviewAs the leader of a boutique team, you will be responsible for guiding best practice customer service, leading and coaching your team, and driving positive experiences for customers. You will possess exceptional communication skills, be knowledgeable about building a confident collaborative team, and be able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Driving sales and achieving KPI targets across the boutique.
- Raising customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Empowering and encouraging team members, and guiding their exploration in a positive manner.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a retail or hospitality environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and motivating their team. They will be self-motivated, empathetic, and open-minded, with a strong drive for store success and a passion for the brand.
