About this exciting production role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our Supply Chain Division. Reporting directly to the Production Lead, you will be responsible for completing assigned production tasks in packaging, filling and forklift driving, progressing to mixing department and Reaction Chemistry.
This role is a rotating shift position with 2 weeks of morning shifts followed by 2 weeks of afternoon shifts, with one Rest Day Off per month. You will receive hands-on training from a supportive team.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute daily production processes according to established safety and operating procedures to meet plan requirements.
- Implement quality, health, safety and environmental management principles, policies and operational requirements.
- Operate equipment and handle raw materials as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions.
- Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management.

Technically speaking, you will have:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of safety and hazards of packing, filling and mixing chemicals.
- Chemical production, manufacturing and process experience is ideal but not essential.
- Valid Forklift license.
