Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Manage and coordinate high-quality advice and support from the Special Education and Early Childhood Development Programs.">
  3. Provide advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities.">
  4. Lead and manage these programs, providing advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities as needed.">
  5. Offer high-quality advice to school leadership and staff to plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities.">
  6. Coordinate and provide targeted teaching for students needing intervention in literacy and numeracy with a focus on reading.">
  7. Coordinate and provide targeted teaching for students needing intervention.">
  8. Provide and coordinate case management for students requiring significant adjustments.">
  9. Support staff in accessing specialist services and professional development.">
  10. Engage in school decision-making and professional development to contribute to school goals and vision.">
  11. Implement and manage school-wide systems to monitor and record the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability.">
  12. Form partnerships with parents, government agencies, and community groups to support students with disabilities.">
  13. Manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve goals.">
