- Team Collaboration: Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and contribute to team dynamics.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of learning by providing guidance and support to peers, enrolled nurses, and students.
- External Collaboration: Work alongside external partners to guarantee a seamless healthcare experience for patients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain constructive relationships with medical officers to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Current AHPRA Registration and valid working rights in Australia.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute ICU or HDU environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and compliance with national standards.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Postgraduate qualifications in ICU, HDU, or CCU are advantageous.
