Our Front Line Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring that all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations are processed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify guest needs and determine the most suitable room type to meet their requirements.
  • Verify availability of rooms and rates, and ensure that guests are fully informed about guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
  • Accommodate and document special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Answer questions about property facilities and services, and provide accurate information about room accommodations.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Input and access data in our reservations system to maintain accurate records.
  • Indicate special room types by inputting the correct code and rate into the system.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Escalate guest concerns in accordance with established procedures.
  • Comply with quality standards and expectations to deliver consistent results.
  • Perform tasks involving physical activity, such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
