Job Title: Visitor Engagement Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will provide professional and efficient customer service to visitors at the correctional centre. Your primary objective is to arrange private and professional visits for prisoners in a timely and reliable manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors
  • Arrange and coordinate visitations with prisoners
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the centre

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role is part-time, available 25 hours per week.
