- Developing and maintaining a strong client and contractual relationship across a wide stakeholder group.
- Developing operational quality and safety leadership capabilities across the management team to provide exceptional service to our client and drive growth through our client partnership.
- Fostering a culture of care and respect in the workplace and leading people-related initiatives to drive team engagement.
- Maintaining exceptional financial stewardship and budget control, achieving profit targets, and identifying business growth opportunities through contract expansion.
- Ensuring all compliance and company policies are adhered to and overseeing and promoting good contract governance.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in successfully managing complex and highly compliant operational contracts and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong and effective leadership skills, the ability to support, motivate, and effectively manage both a unionized and non-unionized workforce.
Key requirements include:
- Experience in multi-service/facilities management roles within the healthcare sector.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate a political environment.
- Thorough understanding of operational day-to-day requirements and the ability to accurately identify areas of improvement.
- Qualifications in management are advantageous.
- Current National Police Clearance and relevant Immunisation Schedule.
