Job Title: Compliance Support Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance team as a Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Student Services/Admissions Departments and other areas of the college.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, data entry and record management, and monitoring accuracy and consistency in documentation and student data.

Responsibilities
  • Assist students with enrolment, including processing paperwork, interpreting data, and conveying accurate information about attendance, course progress, and payments.
  • Call students to follow up on their progress.
  • Manage and maintain compliance and student records, including attendance, academic performance, and requests.
  • Provide general administrative support to Academic, Student Services, Marketing, Admissions, and other areas of the college.
Requirements
  • Experience with RTOManager and eLearning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Good planning and organisation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
