About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Team Lead to join our team at Australian Retirement Trust. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading the operational risk, quality, and incident management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Service Delivery Risk Specialists to maintain and enhance existing business processes.
  • Identify, manage, rate, and monitor risks in alignment with enterprise risk management guidelines.
  • Manage the operational risk management, quality assurance, and control supervision within Service Delivery.
  • Mitigate operational risk and uphold compliance obligations.
  • Actively promote a positive risk and compliance culture within the team and the broader business.

About You

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in risk management and governance. You'll have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving cultural change.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of risk governance and quality assurance evaluation frameworks within financial services operations.
  • Highly developed understanding of how to identify, assess, and control existing and emerging business risks according to our internal Risk Management Framework.
  • At least three years demonstrated leadership ability and experience in building high-performing teams and driving cultural change.
