Job Description:

We are seeking kind, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients live independent and fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist clients to attend appointments and outings outside the home

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence & Own Car
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • Availability to work within a permanent roster across a 24/7 environment
