Risk Management Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Risk Manager to join our team, providing high-quality business risk expertise and leadership. This role involves shaping a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business unit risk reporting, incident and issue management, controls design and testing, and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Drive the implementation of key programs across regulatory change, business continuity, resilience, information and records management, information security and cyber risk management.
  • Support clients during their annual vendor regulatory compliance questionnaires.
  • Partner with Group Risk to ensure alignment with Group-wide frameworks and policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, role-modelling best practice risk management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a risk/controls role, ideally in financial services or professional services/advisory.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks and governance.
  • Experience embedding risk management practices – from controls design and implementation through to monitoring, reporting, issue and incident management.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical business outcomes.
