Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to residents, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
- Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
