Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
  • Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
