Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and schedule our curbside collection fleet, ensuring all key performance indicators are met.

This role involves close collaboration with line management to develop and manage operational targets, guaranteeing all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are completed on all equipment.

  • Coordinate and schedule curbside collection fleet to achieve KPIs
  • Consult with line management on operational targets
  • Ensure pre-start, post-run, and minor daily maintenance tasks are completed
  • Drive operational efficiencies within the team
About You

We are looking for someone with a background in waste management who is approachable, has excellent communication skills, and possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Approachable, good communication skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supervisory role
  • Experience in transport/waste/logistics/recycling desirable
  • Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation
  • Microsoft suite experience essential
