Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Newcastle NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating efficiently within the store and warehouse environments, and supporting the management team with various tasks including inventory management and online order fulfillment.

To succeed in this role, you will require 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, special offers, and product enquiries.
  • Operational Support: Assist the management team with various tasks including store opening and closing routines, picking and packing customer orders, and working closely with the warehouse team.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with efficient inventory management including stocktakes and cycle counts.
Requirements:
  • Retail Experience: 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
