Medical Front Desk Position

We are seeking a professional, friendly and approachable individual to fill the role of Medical Front Desk Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients upon arrival and updating their information in a timely manner
  • Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings efficiently
  • Electronic billing of patients and following up on care
  • Effectively managing patient interactions to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
  • General office duties such as banking, scanning, photocopying and re-stocking consulting rooms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A calm and down-to-earth attitude with warmth towards staff and patients
  • Confident and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum two years' experience in customer service
