About the Role
  • Actively engage customers in an authentic way, sharing product knowledge and providing end-to-end service.
  • Work collaboratively with store leadership in setting up and facilitating customer events.
  • Advocate for customer loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings.
  • Assist in developing team members' product knowledge.
  • Undertake various tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks, as well as duty management.
  • Make decisions through company values and role model our ways of working.
  • Contribute to sales planning processes by sharing specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines.
About You

Key competencies include:

  • Demonstrated strong product knowledge in spirits, with good knowledge of other categories (wine/beer).
  • Customer service experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, sales, events, or similar roles.
  • Experience in drinks-related roles, including bar work or brand roles, would be well regarded.
  • Familiarity/comfortable utilizing digital/social media tools to enhance customer experiences/relationships.
  • Current RSA certificate.
  • Ability to work key customer hours.
