Job Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and energetic trainers to lead high-quality fitness sessions, engage members, and help them achieve their goals.

  • Deliver structured 45-minute training sessions that inspire and motivate our members.
  • Develop effective coaching strategies to drive engagement and growth within the program.
  • Service existing database of members, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate and grow the program through sales, support, and training, ensuring its continued success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among trainers and members.

Key Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with a relevant fitness industry association.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Possession of desirable qualifications is highly regarded.
