Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our educational programs, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your duties will include providing information, advice, and collecting documents for student enrolment, as well as undertaking other student-related activities.

You will work closely with our Manager Corporate Services to deliver high-quality support to our students and families. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work independently in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to educational programs, including student enrolment and records management;
  • Assist with student-related activities, such as providing information and advice;
  • Work collaboratively with the Manager Corporate Services to deliver high-quality support to students and families;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a team environment;
  • Experience in providing effective administrative support, preferably in an education setting;
  • Ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
