The Talent Pipeline Developer plays a pivotal role in creating and sustaining a robust pipeline of students interested in pursuing careers in NSW Health. This entails designing and implementing strategies, projects, and policies to address talent pipeline issues across various stages of a student's journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that enhance student engagement and recruitment for NSW Health careers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on matters related to building the talent pipeline.
- Engage and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and strategies.
- Analyse data to inform project decisions and focus areas.
- Promote NSW Health careers at events, potentially including travel to regional and rural NSW.
Requirements:
- Higher education qualifications or relevant experience.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of NSW Health organisations and professions, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, delivering, and evaluating complex initiatives.
- Willingness to travel to rural and regional NSW locations.
Key Challenges:
