Job Title: Talent Pipeline Developer

The Talent Pipeline Developer plays a pivotal role in creating and sustaining a robust pipeline of students interested in pursuing careers in NSW Health. This entails designing and implementing strategies, projects, and policies to address talent pipeline issues across various stages of a student's journey.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that enhance student engagement and recruitment for NSW Health careers.

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
