About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee safe and efficient operations at our wellsite. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, slickline, workover rig and well testing activities. This is a hands-on leadership role ensuring contractor onboarding, SIMOPS management, QA/QC of all operations and strict adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline and flowback/well testing operations.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear direction to contractors and site personnel, ensuring alignment on operational objectives.
  • Act as Frontline Barrier Manager and Site Safety Manager at the wellsite.
  • Coordinate execution resources and logistics to ensure smooth mobilisation and demobilisation.
  • Drive culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting and prepare well handover packs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to uphold license to operate.

This position requires strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum 5 years' operational oil & gas experience, including direct supervisory experience with hydraulic stimulation. Additional experience with coiled tubing and/or well testing strongly preferred.
