Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities and their families to achieve their goals and live independently. The successful candidate will work in the region of Bunbury and collaborate with participants to develop personalized plans.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Facilitating NDIS applications for individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.
  • Connecting people with disabilities to local community resources and support services.
  • Supporting participants to navigate the NDIS and optimize their engagement.
  • Improving community awareness of the NDIS and creating opportunities for participants to access services and support.
