We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Clinical Exercise Centres, maintaining compliance and patient safety standards.

About the Role:

  1. Ensure that all facilities and equipment are safe, clean and compliant with regulations.

  2. Oversee maintenance schedules, calibration, repairs and uptime logs to prevent downtime.

  3. Manage contractors, including quotes, scheduling and safety sign-ins, as well as contractor insurances and certifications.

  4. Coordinate stock and consumable orders, manage par levels and ensure zero stock-outs.

  5. Be responsible for merchandise and printed collateral, including stock control, reprints and rollouts.

  6. Provide support for patient services, including front-desk overflow, records and billing.

  7. Assist with health and safety initiatives, including incident logs, drills and compliance documentation.

  8. Maintain document control, including SOP updates, versioning and staff access.

  9. Provide executive assistance with calendar management, projects and removing blocks for leadership.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve 95% of orders placed before par level breach.

  • Resolve 90% of facilities/equipment tickets within 72 hours; critical issues within 24 hours.

  • Maintain 100% compliance with contractor insurances/certs on file and H&S checks documented monthly.
