Ozcare is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to lead the management of legal and commercial contracts across the organization. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Manage the legal and commercial integrity of customer and supplier contracts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
* Develop, negotiate, and drive contractual agreements in a highly quality-sensitive manner
* Manage established contracts across Ozcare for goods and services to ensure delivery of outcomes in line with contract objectives and stakeholder requirements

Additional Responsibilities
-------------------------

* Act as an organizational spokesperson on matters relating to assigned contracts and maintain liaison between the organization and the client
* Provide dedicated support to major accounts at the negotiation and drafting stage of deals
* Promote the organization in the marketplace as professional in relation to all contract negotiations and dealings
* Provide recommendations to line management on legal and financial risk inherent in potential proposals or contracts
* Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organization principles of integrity and compliance
* Manage allocated contract implementation and transition, including management of suppliers

Requirements
------------

* Demonstrated experience in a contract management (or equivalent) role in a procurement environment and a good working knowledge of contract management processes and techniques
* Demonstrated investigative and analytical skills
* Ability to understand complex legal agreements
* Ability to understand complex financial analysis and reports
* Ability to interpret statutory and case law
* Ability to review, develop, and implement guidelines and operating processes
* Ability to work under limited direction, including experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work for self and others to achieve goals and deadlines
* Provide a current National or Queensland Police Certificate prior to commencement and hold a current Queensland driver's license
* Be prepared for intra-state travel as required
