Compassionate Support Worker

We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our community as Support Workers, providing care and companionship to residents in need.

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Our residents require assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and medication management. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support and care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Managing medication, adhering to strict protocols and procedures
  • Engaging with residents in activities, fostering social connections and meaningful relationships

You'll be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver high-quality care and services. To succeed in this role, you'll possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a care environment, preferably in aged care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
