Remote Area Healthcare Provider

As a skilled healthcare professional, you will be responsible for delivering primary care services to patients in remote areas of South Australia.
About the Role- Deliver comprehensive healthcare under the CARPA Standard Treatment Manual.
- Provide high-quality patient care and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, computerised recalls, and patient follow-up care.
- Conduct child health monitoring and immunisations, as well as administer adult and COVID-19 vaccinations across all age groups.
- Develop and implement effective patient health education programs.
- Assess and refer social welfare issues, conduct public health screenings for communicable diseases, and manage antenatal and postnatal care.
- Support job-specific education for training Anangu staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, confidence in managing diverse patient presentations, and a demonstrated understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal health.
