Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining overall project responsibility, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to scope and minimizing deviations.
  • Promoting customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and maintaining target levels.
  • Owning project financial performance, monitoring weekly metrics, and reviewing estimates against actuals to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Driving costs down by controlling expenses, maximizing productivity, and engaging the Supply Chain team effectively.
  • Ensuring tool availability, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Collaborating on project bids to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and achievability from a gross margin standpoint.
  • Documenting subcontracts, risk registers, labour profiles, and bid qualifications covering all site and project elements.
  • Participating in risk review according to company policy.
  • Adhering to project procedures, including monthly financial calendars, efficient contract management, and cost control in conjunction with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, and Contract Administrators.
  • Managing performance appraisals, coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration, reward, and recognition for project teams.
  • Building relationships with Sales and Service Leaders to ensure effective sales to operations handovers, optimized resource utilization, and maximize service and project pull-through.
