Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brisbane Airport Lounge.

  • This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to travellers, working in a fast-paced environment with impeccable customer service skills, meeting the mandatory requirement of full COVID Vaccination and holding an ASIC security clearance card or being willing to obtain one.
About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a great Life/Work Balance, experience in a hospitality environment, preferably as a chef, supervisor, kitchenhand, cleaner, food & beverage attendant, barista, or cook. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
