We are seeking a dedicated Christian educator to join our team as an English and HASS teacher.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching secondary English and HASS from a Christian worldview, developing engaging lesson plans, building positive relationships with students and staff, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach secondary English and HASS with a Christian perspective
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student engagement and academic achievement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education
Requirements
  • Experience teaching secondary years (including graduates)
  • High level of teaching competence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate sensitively and confidentially
Additional Requirements
  • Queensland College of Teachers registration
  • Entitlement to work in Australia
