About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our holiday park.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Restock linen, towels, and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Empty bins and transport waste to designated areas.
  • Ensure all appliances and equipment are clean and in good working order.
  • Remove expired food from refrigerators and freezers.
  • Replenish supplies in rooms and common areas.
  • Disinfect equipment and supplies as required.
  • Report any damage, theft, or found articles to the Site Manager.
  • Maintain storage areas in a clean and organized manner.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
