Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload with complex and varied needs.
- Collaborate with customers of all ages, their families and carers to identify strengths, skills and goals.
- Utilize appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development.
- Deliver therapy in various environments, including centre-based settings, schools/preschools, group homes, homes and via telehealth.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Hold current registration with relevant professional associations.
- Demonstrate experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseloads.
- Display ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
