Key Role: Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in an exciting, newly created role. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments to identify communication and speech disorders, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology, previous experience in Speech Pathology, pre-existing registration with SPA, and demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families, and service providers. Additionally, the candidate should possess a valid Australian driver's license.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify communication and speech disorders
  • Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
