The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join our Product team in a hands-on role where you'll help shape the design direction and create thoughtful, user-focused experiences.

Working closely with product managers, engineers, and others, you'll solve complex problems and ship high-quality design work. We aim to move quickly and keep things transparent.

For this role, expect:

  • Leading design projects from start to finish
  • Collaborating with product and engineering to define requirements, prioritise work, and bring features to life
  • Championing consistent, accessible, user-first design throughout the product
  • Contributing to and evolving the design system to support scalable, high-quality experiences
  • Fostering a strong design culture by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and staying curious
What You'll Bring to Atomi

We're looking for someone with solid experience designing intuitive products in cross-functional teams – ideally in education or SaaS. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to turn insights into clean, accessible interfaces is essential.

You should also have confidence with tools like Figma and a clear grasp of interaction design, usability, and visual design best practices. A proactive, open-minded approach and the ability to work through ambiguity are must-haves.
