About Our Project Coordinator Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our projects division in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sea and air shipments, chartering vessels and aircraft, and managing international bookings.
">Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of sea and air shipments.
- Charter vessels and aircraft to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide spot quotes on most shipments with administrative assistance.
- Manage international bookings and routing for domestic and international cartage.
- Maintain constant contact with carriers, department heads, and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding is essential.
- Project forwarding experience is advantageous.
- Strong skills in end-to-end import/export air/sea operations are required.
- A desire to expand into projects from general cargo forwarding is desired.
- The ability to thrive in a busy schedule is essential.
