- Lead high-quality research projects and attract external funding to support research efforts.
- Develop and deliver courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, focusing on mechanical or mechatronic engineering.

- Contribute to the growth of research areas through publications, industry links, and competitive funding.
- Manage academic programs, including course coordination and student-centered learning initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
- PhD in a relevant field with demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver high-quality curriculum materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and industry partners.
- A proven track record of research outputs and ability to attract external funding.
- Experience in supervising higher degree by research candidates and managing academic program teams.
