Clinical Care Manager

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Horsley. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and support Managers, SDAs/RNs, and Care Staff in clinical care delivery, ensuring alignment with HammondCare's model of care.
- Provide education and training in clinical areas and processes, facilitating the delivery of high-quality care.
- Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.
- RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Experience managing a team of skilled professionals.
- Empathy, compassion, and patience.
