Vehicle Repair Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced and qualified vehicle repair specialist to fulfill a critical role within our organization.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, leveraging extensive knowledge of motor vehicles and proficiency with computers when interacting with diverse stakeholders.

This role entails:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by conducting thorough arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as needed
  • Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the facility where necessary
  • Ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, encompassing expertise in estimating/quotations preparation within the automotive smash repair industry
  • Proven experience with AudaNet would be highly beneficial
  • IBody experience desirable but not mandatory
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable demeanor
  • Strong systems expertise and proficient computer abilities
  • Excel advantageous but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • High level of attention to detail
