Job Description

As a Business Change Partner, you will collaborate with the Senior Management team to drive organisational change and improvement.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of production costs, including material, machinery, and labour costs.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations Manager and Commercial team to understand commercial products and processes.
  • Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams on operational cost analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance product cost understanding.
  • Provide specialist support to the Senior Management team and offer pricing recommendations.
  • Develop and implement a costing module for simplification and consistency in pricing/quoting.
  • Evaluate information systems to support efficient costings frameworks across the Commercial team and wider business.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in costing from a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build confidence and develop professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
