CraigCare Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Assistant to join our team at our Moonee Ponds Home. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, presentation, serving, and clean-up of meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program
  • Contribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors, and staff
  • Preparation and cleaning in accordance with the Food Safety Program
Requirements
  • Organized, can-do attitude to what can be a physically demanding team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in Hotel Services (Kitchen) within an Aged Care Environment (Highly Desirable)
  • Sound knowledge of Food Safety
