Event Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile, public-facing government events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional event experiences.

  • Communication: Write event communications, including briefings and running orders, and prepare briefings for Ministers, executives, and dignitaries.

  • Event Evaluation: Evaluate events and produce reports for continuous improvement, identifying areas for growth and development.
