The Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading the visual presentation of our stores, creating engaging in-store experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead a team of visual merchandising specialists to ensure consistent store presentation and visual standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and sales targets
  • Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and visual displays to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Train and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional visual merchandising standards
  • Monitor and maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably in a high-turnover retail environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in visual merchandising or a related field (Cert IV/Diploma)
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and retail trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
