Job Summary

AccorCorpo is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Director to lead our Pacific Region accounting team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all corporate consolidation and accounting for the AccorCorpo Group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS standards.
Develop and implement financial and tax strategies to optimize business performance and minimize risk.
Lead and manage regional finance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth transition to shared services model.
Collaborate with FP&A team to develop financial forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

CPA/CA qualified with 15 years of experience in accounting and tax.
Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to break down complex financial data.
Comprehensive knowledge of software systems, including corporate and group systems.
Proven record of working in shared services environment.
