The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, articulate and career-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will excel at building strong relationships with guests, continuously maximising guest satisfaction and acting as a passionate brand ambassador.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous service advisor experience in a high-volume dealership environment
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Positive proactive demeanor
  • Respectful and courteous to guests and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Career focused, resilient with a drive to succeed
  • Honest with high levels of energy and integrity
  • Fully computer literate
  • Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
