We are seeking a talented Optical Dispenser or Trainer to join our dynamic team at Specsavers Kilkenny. As a valued member of our store, you will have the chance to grow your optical knowledge, develop your skills, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Assist the retail team with pre-testing and dispensing, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store presentation and inventory control, upholding our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Drive sales through KPIs, analyzing data and implementing effective strategies to boost performance.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting the day-to-day operations and providing front-of-house support as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year optical experience and/or training/developing experience.
  • Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
